Welcome to Fighter University. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our premium martial arts training platform, including our website, mobile applications, training content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Fighter University, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our content, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fighter University.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 17 may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans: Fighter University offers various subscription tiers with different access levels to training content, live sessions, and platform features.

Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

4. Use of Platform and Content

License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fighter University grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Platform
Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
Impersonate any person or entity
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
Share your account credentials with others
Record, download, or redistribute our proprietary training content without explicit written permission

User-Generated Content: If you submit content to the Platform (comments, reviews, forum posts), you grant Fighter University a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to training videos, courses, text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the property of Fighter University or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Fighter University name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Fighter University. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Medical Clearance: Martial arts training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. You should consult with a physician before beginning any training program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in martial arts training carries risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and more serious injuries. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

No Medical Advice: Content on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, or fitness advice. Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns.

Training Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate space, appropriate equipment, and a safe environment for training. You should stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIGHTER UNIVERSITY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FIGHTER UNIVERSITY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fighter University and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fighter University. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms and Services

Terms Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

12. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Platform.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

Force Majeure: Fighter University shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
